    运用现场试验了仿生非光滑传动滚筒包覆层表面单元体分布密度、高度、直径对摩擦系数的影响,试验采用正交多项式回归设计,通过试验了包覆层表面非光滑几何参数与摩擦系数之间的回归方程,对回归方程进行优化分析了优值。试验验证和仿真结果均表明:这两种仿生非光滑传动滚筒能增大驱动力,提高带式输送机的运输能力。普通传动滚筒与胶带之间的摩擦系数一般为0.25,而这两种仿生传动滚筒与胶带之间的摩擦系数都在0:32以上。但是凹坑形仿生非光滑传动滚筒随着实验时间的增长,其增摩效果受到   的影响,效果不如凸包形仿生非光滑传动滚筒。
